The SLA Suite primarily surpasses its competitors in that, thanks to its unique model-based connector architecture, it is able to receive data from the supervision and management systems of various manufacturers, compare these data and prepare accurate and authentic reports from them.

Dashboard display

Real-time, interactive data display, which is an interface that can be assembled from display elements. It is capable of displaying different time periods (past 24 hours, current month, etc.). Various KPI data of the SLA Suite become available with navigation links. It allows generation of SLA alerts when a KPI value approaches a specified limit.

Data integration capability

The system is also capable of managing, processing and displaying the data of the most diverse management partner systems together. It is capable of simultaneous, aggregated handling of time series (measurement results) and event (fault notification data) data. Another advantage of the system is the high pre-processing capability, thanks to which it can prepare persistent KPI data and use it later.
